I have horrible reactions to enzyme vitamins...

I can't take digestive enzymes or the Focus brand enzymes for allergies. For some reason my stomach feel like someone is sticking a knife in it and I have lots of pain. I've tried many times to take enzyme vitamins and they get me sick. Anyone know why that might happen or if it's a common side effect? Tweet
