Hot Pepper tincture in Vinegar?

HI,

I know Dr Schulze make his cayenne tincture in alcohol. But I used to pput hot pepper like jalapeno, habanero and garlic in apple cider vinegar, just like pickle the pepper and garlic. How is that compare to alcohol tincture. I love to drink ACV! every body in my home love this juice! even my 2 years old son can sip some of the habanero and garlic in AVC.
