Hot Pepper tincture in Vinegar?

HI,
I know Dr Schulze make his cayenne tincture in alcohol. But I used to pput hot pepper like jalapeno, habanero and garlic in apple cider vinegar, just like pickle the pepper and garlic. How is that compare to alcohol tincture. I love to drink ACV! every body in my home love this juice! even my 2 years old son can sip some of the habanero and garlic in AVC.- Re: Hot Pepper tincture in Vinegar? tharrels1

Dr. Schulze does make his Super Tonic, which contains Cayenne Peppers (habanero) as one of it's MAIN Herbs, in Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's).

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,202,496Thanks Tom! How long can it be stored then. Alcohol tincture have a long shelf life. will the bacteria in the ACV affect the chemical of the herb in the long run?
