Cat With Bacterial Infection in Nose

I have a cat that has had a chronic nostril infection for almost a year. Only ONE nostril is involved, and it is constantly snotty sounding. He has been x-rayed, and the infection seems to be limited to his nasal cavity. (Cats have very complex nasal passages). A culture was done, and it is pointing to three types of bacteria. He has recently started Baytril, and I do nebulize him twice daily with Acamicin.
I would like to try CS on him, but what would you suggest? Drops to the nostril?
