Re: Middle of 3rd week on cleanse with little to no "movement"...

Hi,
I am on my third day today. I did not realize you needed to drink the salt water or tea until yesterday as the person who gave me this receipe didnt include that part.

So I bought the tea last night drank a cup but no luck this morning so I just ran to the store and bought the Sea Salt and I am going to be drinking in a few minutes.
I usually have to take suppliments to help me stay regular.

I am hoping I eliminate this after the Sea Salt . Good Luck to you.
