Bought a Fleet Saline Enema......

I've never done an enema before. I'm on a juice fast and am doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning but in the evening I've been passing some ..weird..stuff so I wanted to try an enema to get that junk out at night instead of waiting until the morning.

Do I *have* to use the saline junk that's in it? Or can I dump that down the sink and just use regular water?

I don't want to do a coffee enema and I don't have any wheatgrass to use..

Do I have to dump the bottle when I'm done or can I wash it and reuse it?

I'm not even sure how to do it other than stick it up there "easy" and not all the way. The instructions on this website were only for enema kits with bags and clamps. All I have is an enema.
