I've never done an enema before. I'm on a juice fast and am doing the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the morning but in the evening I've been passing some ..weird..stuff so I wanted to try an enema to get that junk out at night instead of waiting until the morning.
Do I *have* to use the saline junk that's in it? Or can I dump that down the sink and just use regular water?
I don't want to do a coffee enema and I don't have any wheatgrass to use..
Do I have to dump the bottle when I'm done or can I wash it and reuse it?
I'm not even sure how to do it other than stick it up there "easy" and not all the way. The instructions on this website were only for enema kits with bags and clamps. All I have is an enema.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,201,150I use the fleet bottles for single use
wheatgrass implants. I would not recommend
re-using the bottle. If you get them at
WalMart, the generic brand is cheaper in
a three-pack.
You might also try using something like
Smoothe Move to help move toxins down
and out more quickly. I used it during
my Master Cleansing and can recommend
it. Here is some additional info on

This is a reply to # 1,201,211Ok so are you saying that using the Fleet enema is useless? Since I don't have wheatgrass, can I empty it and just use water?
I do use laxative tea (Yogi's get regular) at night. I sometimes use Oxypowder instead of the tea. But in the late afternoon/evening, I am still having some bms with weird stuff coming out. I'm straining my juices so it's not even pulp. It's like pieces of mucoid plaque. It'll come out in the morning anyway I just figure it's better to get it out sooner if I can.

No, just not to re-use them. An enema bag may also
be a small investment which may serve you well.
The fleet enemas do not hold much. I only use them
to do the wheatgrass implants.

This is a reply to # 1,201,150coffee enema is very safe and very effective. Laxative only damages your elimination system. coffee enema is the only way to restore your natural bowel movement. The only way to correct the elimination problem naturally is through coffee enema. There is no other way. Fleet enema is not good to your body neither.
