I have been making a very yummy nut sauce lately to go on my steamed vegetables and rice. Maybe you would like to add it to your repetoire?
1/2 cup of almond/hazelnut 'butter'...just ground nuts.
1/4 cup of coconut milk
teaspoon of fresh chopped or pressed ginger
1 tbsp msg-free soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 clove garlic chopped or pressed
whisk it all together in a bowl
add water until it's the right consistency!
yum yum. filled with flavour!
