antibiotics and steroids

I was put on lots of Antibiotics for Acne and other problems a couple years ago and when my lips started peeling the doctors kept giving me prednisone and shots of cortisone. I think thats the reason I got Seborrheic Dermatitis . I saw a holistic doctor a few months ago who said the Antibiotics and steroids are still in my body even though the last time I took either was about 3 years ago, but she didn't really explain how to get rid of them. She just mentioned lots of colonics but I already go to the bathroom a couple times a day and I'm already pretty skinny. She also said it could be an autoimmune disease but didn't say how to correct that either. My question is could these Antibiotics and steroids still be in my system and if they are how to I get rid of them or reverse the problems they've caused? Tweet
