This is total nonsense. I answer each and every email I receive and have done so for 12 years. I process all refunds according to the policy stated on my site and have never refused to process a refund in 12 years, no questions asked. I do not take incoming calls or snail mail because of my work load, as I explain on the front page of my site. But if people email me their number I always call them within 24 hours and I pay for the call, no matter where they live in the world.

I have had 3 requests for refunds from PayPal in 12 years. 2 were legitimate and were processed accordingly. One was an attempt to keep the zapper without paying. I fought this case, providing PayPal with all relevant correspondence, and they sided with me, refusing the refund request by the customer. I have never refused to respond to PayPal, never. That is a fact. Only an idiot doing business with PayPal would do such a thing.

This is the kind of outlandish posting that should be seen for what it is. People can say anything they want to on this forum. But if they try to lie about me, my site, my work or my zapper they had better watch out. I have been doing business honestly for the past 12 years through my website. Anyone who claims otherwise is a liar.
