This is either a gross misrepresentation or a complete lack of knowlege on your part.

You can build a cheap zapper for less than $10 but it will not have all of the features included. The components that you use will not be as good of quality for that price either.

Ken has been making his zapper much longer than that (1998 I believe) but may have added improvements. I doubt that he got his improvements from the Chinese though.

This chip is very out of date for use in zappers as there are far more efficient chips available today.

Yes, Ken is very proud of his zapper and does charge a lot more than I would for the same product. It could just be that his costs may be higher. Well, after further review, the so called Ultimate Zapper is cheaply made and poor quality.
