I don't know where he said that at least I've never seen it.
He said chlorine dioxide kills the pathogens and provdes ammunition for the immune system to do so too in the form of chlorous acid
But patents exists showing immune enhancement with sodium chlorite by stimulaton of phagocytosis also the latest one showed it to reduce inflammory response. How exactly this happens I am still trying to figure out. So there are two ways it could be clearing the body off the pathogens and toxins whilst enhancing repair of damage.
