Re: Detoxing heavy Aspartame?

firs read this article so you know exactly what you are dealing with. its very well informed.

http://www.mercola.com/article/aspartame/dangers.htm

aspartame is three things, aspartic acid and phenylalanine, both of which are amino acids, and methanol, aka wood alchohol.

both of those amino acids are critical for health, however the problem is that Aspartame has WAY more than you need and it causes a huge upswing in just those two amino acids, creating a big imbalance.

if i were you i would make my own amino acid supplement with NO aspartic acid and NO phenylalanine. its not that hard, just buy all the essential amino acids then mix them together. this will help to rectify the imbalance. also at night take one or two capsules of GABA, which is an amino acid that calms you and helps you sleep. it will calm the excitatory effects of the aspartame.

for the other symptoms look into organic butter, fish oil, flax oil, hemp oil, vitamin D, a complete B complex (B-100), carnatine, and Phosphatidylserine. FAT is critical, its the MOST important nutrient for the brain and for nerves, get plenty of healthy fat everyday, lots of it. RAw organic egg yolks would be great (but not the whites, they must be cooked), avocados, raw milk if you can find it, etc.

great info on Phosphatidylserine

also you might want to take extra B1 since it helps to repair nerve damage. take up to 600 or 700 mg a day.
