It is never late to fast, ISN'T IT????

Good evening or good morning Everyone!:)

Ok, the reason for my posting here is that I have very bad flue and my temperature is 37,5 - 38.2. I feel hot and all I want now it just to relax feeling tired. Yesterday all day I had quite bad headache but temperature was lower. I have not just sore throat but my lung area kind of hurts. Today I have gone to buy something in the local shop and couldn't catch my breath coz it was difficult to breath normally due to fresh air. I had pneumonia several times in my life and symptoms are the same.. I am worried. My bf constantly asks me whether it is better to go and see a doctor. But I KNOW that they will prescribe me Antibiotics ! And I read so many times that that stuff is not a solution for our bodies. I have candida and if I give it a go and agree to take Antibiotics then it could have been just 'wonderful' mixture!..... Now I am on a sick leave and this Fri IDEALLY I need to go back to work coz hotel is very busy and at the top of that I am in charge of my department. Will see... HOPEFULLY......

Ok, what else... Yesterday I was eating just raw salads and some nuts. Today I ate again the same (my last meal was at midday and now is 6 p.m. here). I thought eating healthy will help me to feel better but poss it was a bit late to count just on that.

The question is (obviously Water Fasting seems the only solution here) Can I feel better and recover in a way for just 3 days before my work?? I am going to be in bed most of time throughout a day... and then try to make it up till 10 days as I did last time I fasted. And also I DO afraid that the process in my lungs went quite far and I am just afraid that it is too late to fast (ok, I just worry)........

So what would u suggest... Antibiotics or a fast with a lot of rest (surely for 3 days)?

Thank you:)

Nadia
