It is likely that you have been taking too much psyllium at a time and it is contributing to your constipation. Using one teaspoon per dose instead of two will hopefully take care of the problem. If you are still experiencing constipation, take it only once a day until your digestive system gets used to the fiber increase.
The parasite cleanse is a good idea for anyone...but I would wait until you are having regular eliminations. When the parasites die off they release a lot of toxins into your system which need to exit rapidly to prevent uncomfortable reactions. If you are constipated they can't be eliminated quickly and this could cause further complications for you.
Yes...the pee factor is the one 'problem' with drinking more water! Drink several glasses of water first thing in the morning and try consuming the majority of your water intake earlier in the day to see if this helps from so many wee-hour trips to the bathroom. Your sleep is important too!
