Have you read any of Kevin Trudau's books?Since I sure have and it's a real eye opener.
My diet is eating prosseced and homogenized foods.I do eat some or somewhat transfat foods, also eat fast foods once or twice a week.So I would say that my diet isnt too healthy or too unhealthy.I dont take any supplements.But I do still take medicince for my OCD Luvox 25mg in the morning& in evening.I used to take 400mg in the morning and at night, but I slowly gradually reduced it starting back in mid 2005.
I wasnt abused,& dont recall any trauma in my adolesents..But my childhood I'm not sure, half of it was with anxiety, deppression, and the other half it was normal.I could go into much more detials if I could PM.My parents dont expect me to be perfect.My childhood years was not half as perfect.When my OCD got worse and or I started to obsesse more like with diseases back in mid 1999 when I was almost 13, that slowly got worse until in august-sept of 2001 when I was 15 that's when I finally dicided to get some help since I couldnt take it anymore.I wish that I had a normal socail life in my childhood years.
