when I was using the slant board, it was about 45 degrees too..I felt it was helpful, but I couldn't seem to relax my back muscles enough or I'd slide off the board...so I didn't feel as much stretch in my back or abdominals...even so, it felt nice and I could feel it was good for me.
the table is much fun...I'm hoping it will help with general health and normalize digestion.
I'll post how it goes. how often do you invert? have you noticed health changes?
