Now, have you "painted" on broken skin?

I cut myself on my ankle the other day, really took a slice off with a razor. The only thing that stopped the bleeding was cayenne. But the scab that formed was quite thick and black and it's taking a long time to heal, and I feel it is because of the painting (i use the cream all over my body).

I'm still using the Br Nut oil in my cream. It smells lovely!
I had run out of coconut oil so I'm looking forward to my next batch, avec the coconut!

Wombat, does the Iodine evaporate off the cream? when I make a big jar I get the feeling it gets lighter over time - not that it lasts very long, i go through a jar a week!
