Re: Homemade Salad Dressing

Hi Butts:

My girlfriend made the most delicious mock Caesar. It goes something like this:

Cook up some minced garlic in olive oil.

Bring 2 eggs in a small pot to boil, turn off heat and rinse with cold water. (they should be somewhat cooked, not totally liquidy but not solid).

1-2 Lemons

In bottom of salad bowl pour in some garlic, garlic oil and mix in egg.

Squeeze lemon to taste. Add Sea Salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.

Put in salad and toss.

Now if you want to go wild, cube up some day old french bread and bake in the oven using the garlic oil. Be careful, you will almost ALWAYS burn the first batch (sad but true).

My husband has been know to add one anchovy for taste.

This salad is delish beyond words.

Molly
