I have always believed these things, BUT I only disagree that we should not consume distilled water on its own...

For short term cleansing it is fine, but for our drinking water we should drink water that is mineralized/structured.

I also don't trust those water distillers made in CHINA!!! Those metal condensing pipes make me uncomfortable. I did come across a really nice distiller that had glass condensing pipes, I think it was called crystal water distillers, or something like that. Tweet
