THE PHOTO revisited

Previously I posted an article with a photo that was alleged to be the insides of a chemtrail equipped airplane.  That photo was supposedly identified as a weight distribution testing system - and given the source of the photo (a Bush administration minsinformation operative), I could easily buy that it could have been a plant to discredit the chemtrails believers.

However, a much clearer version of the photo has emerged:

And this one part of the photo raises serious questions to  me:

Before, we could only make out the Hazmat Inside  lettering on the wall, barely, and that was explained away.  Now, however, we can clearly see not only the 'HAZMAT INSIDE' beneath the packet affixed to the wall, but also the lettering above the packet, which quite clearly says:

"Sprayer OS"

 I don't think you would call a weight distribution testing system a sprayer operating system, do you?

I am thinking of two possibilities.  Either: A) the photo is real and really is the insides of a chemtrail equipped plane and chemtrails are real, or B) the photo is still a plant and a fake, and the lettering is part of the fake - which makes it a very obvious deliberate attempt to discredit chemtrail theory (and remember who provided the photo - a known Bush administration disinformation operative).  Since there is no need to discredit something that does not exist, such as attempt tells us that regardless of the photo, chemtrails are likely real.
