Yeeehawww!! Good for you. I also was only gonna do 2 weeks on my 1st MC and went the whole 40. It was a life changing experience.
You wanna take it real easy getting back to eating solids again. Do the recommended 2 days on the OJ stretch everything else with soups and salads for around 10 days or more. After the first week start adding oils a little at a time. You can do olive oil, flax seed oil and my fave and most balanced hemp oil. This will get the bile flowing again. It's always a good idea after a long MC to do liver flush after you are back on solids and your eliminations are normal. Ideally just keep it light for 3 or 4 weeks after a 40 dayer
If you are asking about the veg juice when back to normal. I would say if you managed to get to get 12 to 16 oz a day of fresh juice daily you'd be way ahead of the game. I add 2 tbsp of hemp oil to my daily juice. Getting a good balance of essential fatty acids is one of the most over looked things of a healthy regimen so supplementing with a good raw oil like hemp or flax seed oil daily is a very good idea.
The recipe for my fave veggie juice mix is:
4 -6 carrots
2 celery stalks
1/4 red beet
about a pinky finger's width of cilantro
one or 2 green apples
a bout a thumbnail sized chunk of ginger.
Last but not least it is also a good idea to help replenish the beneficial bacteria in your gut by taking a good probiotic. My fave is kefir. While back I came up with a morning drink. I mix of 3 parts apple juice 1 part kefir a tbsp of raw cacao powder and a green super food powder (Greens Plus) and 2 tblsp of hemp oil. Man and this mix to me is absolutely delish. I'm on day 13 right now and just thinking about this drink is making me salivate. ;+D
