Re: Day 13 stomach side hurting, candida gone,
HI! I quit smoking cold turkey. I am not sure how I was able to do it, before that I was chain smoking as my 5 year relationship just ended abrubtly, to my surprise, I went into shock, and I smoked more then normal. When I realized Iwanted to fast to cleanse my body as well as the energies in my body, I never considered the smoking, it just came with the package. I had said in the past Iwanted to stop smoking. and when I began the fast, I just stopped. It was hard the first few days, because I had a morning routine of smoking two smokes, a cup of green tea, and writing in my journal, so my treasured time was broken, because water is not as comforting to me as a cup of tea!
But I did not crave for it during the day, and now I dont miss it at all.
Just give it a shot, a warning though it may make the food cravings more intense. I think because this was my first fast to quit smoking intensified this whole thing, plus candida causes cravings for sweets and breads, so with all this detox, I feel it!
I am at the end of Day 15 and I am determined to go as far as possible. This is truly about healing my digestive system, and I am determined to do so.
Let me know how you are doing with the smoking and the fast! You can do it!
