Need help with attracting a job

Hi,

I am in an awkward position right now, I am in between jobs and I have applied to one which would honestly be the job of my dreams but I haven't heard back for a while but I feel that I am meant to have this job because of the way I came across it, it's a video editing job. I am just nervous because in the past I have had trouble finding work and this job could secure me for a very long time and finally put an end to just having a job and instead have a career. I just really need some advice on how I should attract this into my experience I really feel that I need and deserve this.
