Hello - There are certainly parasites and larvae that can live in the eyes and in the sinus cavities too. For example: pork tapeworm larvae LOVE the brain and upper head area (eyes, sinus cavities, etc.). Many species of parasites will have eggs that travel around the body - then hatch - then the larvae travel to a different spot to grow bigger - then they'll move to the adult home in the body to lay eggs - and the cycle starts all over again.
