Like I said with DMSO 50% -it is 50% water not much danger of a burn.

Just plain DMSO 50% gives you a mild heat sensation.If you have infections on your genital parts so you can sue it there too as well as if you have hemorroids..

Avoid using it around the eyes(eyelids etc..).If you want to use it on your gums try first with a little bit and diluted to see how it goes..
