Re: Question about R4000's Ideas

To be brief and to the point-on account of bad city mgt here(broken sidewalks etc..) I sprained my left ankle 3 weeks ago-only hours later did I find out that I could not sand on my left foot..

As per general advice- you have to put our feet in a hot water bath with salt every 10 min ro so,keep your foot horizontally,..do this for 10-15 days, and after 3 weeks you will be able to limp around if you get a cortisone shot..(it happened to a relative of mine, other folks that I know of..)

Well,I soaked my foot every few hours with DMSO(50%)-the ankle next to double in size,it became black to a degree but next day- still stiff and swollen but the blackness was gone.I was able to walk on my left foot to a degree;did more DMSO and next day I was able to go out and do some shopping-at the end of the week zero pain-I was okay..

Now,more recently sprained my right foot- here too ,I used DMSO 50% but in addition used Oxysilver _ Indigo water and 1 day later back to normal(+90%) and next day able to do my shopping and all swelling/blackness is gone..
And yes this time I did use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with it so the recovery rate was much faster than just simple DMSO..

This is my personal experience..so take it or leave it..

Note- Over here(Canada) we have socialized medicine and you do not want to go to the hospital for such injuries-you will be worse off then when you came in..(waiting 8-10 hrs or more in the emergency to have the doctor prescribe you some aspirins...)
