Re: Skin rash after castor oil pack

It is possible in my opinion. You may want to do hot bath /cold shower to help detox?

Questions for you:
Do you have any idea what causes the back pain?
How long have you had it?
Is it arthritis or stress?
New excercise routine, heavy lifting perhaps?
New or very old mattress?
Is it relieved at any point during the day? continuous?

What else have you tried so far to relieve it?

Do you drink plenty of water?

Is it lower back or upper back pain?

The first thing I do for back pain is up my water intake.
Check my shoes, get new orthothics (just the ones at the supermatket - no Rx)
Wear to the waist good fitting pants and loose pant legs.
Check the bra fit - to tight may cause severe back pain (!!)
Take EFA/Essential oils
Take 1 tsp. Cayenne pepper with fresh lemon juice and a pinch Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt.
Take ACV

This has worked for me and for my husband

Castor oil is so wonderful too though - I use it quite often.

Just some tried and true simple ideas...
