i paid out of pocket 3 years ago because i would have had to wait a month for removal and plus my dr didn't care to see me again. i guess i could do my part of contacting them for reimburstment.

i don't have the patience to talk to these people that are out of reach LOL so if you are going to contact the FDA could you ask them what dummy or dummies approved the mirena and tell them we know its Norplant in the shape of an IUD and is twice as dangerous.

sometimes i say to myself wth were they thinking

keep calling,sometimess you only have to pay 20% upfront without. i'm sure i can get a copy of my bill. they like to blame our complications on the dirty hands of the doctor or misplacement by the doctors.
