good practitioners are difficult to come by
Both the basal temperature and all symptoms of hypothyroidism would confirm I have it, especially that I have no
Iodine show up on a hair mineral analysis. Although I am underweight, I am suffering severe fatigue and sometimes depression. I am now taking detoxified
Iodine gradually building up the dose so I will see in a few months after doing another hair mineral analysis.
I have seen several nutritionists, doctors, chinese medicine people, naturopaths. All have helped but I have got different diagnoses by many - pyroluria, gilberts syndrome, achlorhydria, pancreatic insufficiency, potentially hypothyroidism. I have taken specific nutrition treatment as recommended by these specialists to help treat for each and all of these conditions, and none have worked fully. I have managed to fix my abdominal cramps by creating a list of foods by trial and error and routines and avoid them etc. Although now its just my energy is so low it comes and goes so often. The best solution so far I have managed is eating 2 - 3 times a day meals the size of 1 hand. This works out to be about 1000 calories a day, which is never going to let me gain any weight, so this is the real problem - eating enough to maintain weight, keeping my energy up, detoxing and without causing pain. :-P
I have tests proving I am high in mercury and lead also, which is why I think this are contributing to my ill health. I am constantly searching for a good doctor/ health practitioner with experience of heavy metal detox and/ or nutrition treatment but none so far have proved to be ideal. I am based in the UK in london, so its probably more limited, but if you can recommend specifically anyone for a reasonable cost, then I would appreciate once again your advice.
thanks so far
