I felt good this morning. I began working and all was well. I took my chinese medicine at 8am, 9am pink grapefruit, then at 10am 2 tablespoons pea protein powder mixed with 2 teaspoons of slippery elm powder and a glass of pink grapefruit juice + 1 pancreatine + 2 betain hcl capsules. This time I didn't take any b complex or b6 and took zinc 22 mg picolinate. At 1pm Im fatigued. Is zinc causing my fatigue?
