my story of struggle

I am posting here for the second time, my story is that all of a sudden I started smelling like dead rat or dead fish from the back passage or rectum,I tried many things which include cleanse smart advance,,cinnamon pills and Champex(Odor Cleanse). But nothing worked. A few years back I was really constipated and had to put finger into my rectum in order to achieve a bowel movement.This lasted for atleast a year .Whenever I went to pass motion I had to insert finger into the rectum in order to acheive bowel motion. Sometimes blood would come at the end of my bowel movement.Suddenly one day I stopped doing this and then started the odor problems from the rectum.
I suspected that my rectum had been damaged so I went to the doctor and he did flexi sidmoscopy and it came out to be normal.
I am on champex from 65 days sometimes it feels like the odor is completely gone,sometimes it returns all of a sudden.I never had problems with other odors like breath odor and armpit odor. I am thinking to stop champex and start a homeopathic treatment. Please advice. Would be thankful to all.
