unless with kefir grains i do not think milk is a good idea to take with a weak digestion. thats why i asked the question if we boiled the milk would it make a difference and i guess not but rid milk of bacteria.
are you taking free form amino acids?

taking a good multvitamin (zinc, b vitamins, etc.) recommended dosage under tongue for better absorption?
