Oil pulling is something I do pretty much each day although it does vary in the amount of individual pulls I do per day. If I find myself mentally or physically low then oil pulling DOES make a real difference! I shall be continuing on a daily basis.
I've only been using ACV for about two weeks now but definitly feel it has the potential to be the most powerfull of these three! Its eliminated both fatique and aching kidneys within a few hours!! In the last few days I've started adding honey too and that has made a big difference to my sleep! Looks like I'm heading in the right direction!:-) I did however, read on curzone somewhere that it can have a thinning effect on the skin which would make dark marks even more pronounced! I'm not sure if this is fact or just hear say so if anyone has any further comments then I'd appreciate it!
