ACV & Dark Marks Under Eyes!

Hi All.
I'm new to acv and have started taking two Tablespoons per day to begin with. Will probably add it to honey & hot water morning and night to help with relaxation and sleep!
My main issue is dark marks under my eyes plus slight bagging too! I was wondering it ACV can be applied around to under eye area to help reduce/eliminate the bagging & dark marks??
If anyone has any experience in this area then I would greatly appreciate your input!

I think you are on the right track with ACV. In my family tree, bags under the eye are common and if my liver were to become congested, my eyes might very well turn dark. I frequently use AXV and I believe it keeps my body cleansed. If you want to apply ACV topically around your eyes and it works, let me know how it goes.
Coconut oil might also be of benefit topically and internally.
You might also try oil pulling for clearing your body and it seems to me this would be beneficial for dark circles under the eyes. You swish coconut oil or olive oil in your mouth for about ten minutes-three times a day. This will be of great benefit to your eyes and as a secondary benefit your teeth will be shiny and clean.
Avoid foods with refined Sugar as much as possible.
A combinatio of ACV and any or all of these other things I have suggested should have a positive impact on your dark circles and may very well make you a much more healthy human being. Do what makes sense for your body. Don't think it will happen with one
swig of ACV. Make a lifestyle change and use ACV every day, Try the oil pulling for a couple of weeks. Get back with us and tell us how it goes.

Thanks for the reply. In recent months I've been taking coconut oil externally on the face and spreading it on toast. Its recommended that an adult takes three tablespoons during one day but I haven't managed that amount on a regular basis as liquid coconut makes me reach...
Oil pulling is something I do pretty much each day although it does vary in the amount of individual pulls I do per day. If I find myself mentally or physically low then oil pulling DOES make a real difference! I shall be continuing on a daily basis.
I've only been using ACV for about two weeks now but definitly feel it has the potential to be the most powerfull of these three! Its eliminated both fatique and aching kidneys within a few hours!! In the last few days I've started adding honey too and that has made a big difference to my sleep! Looks like I'm heading in the right direction!:-) I did however, read on curzone somewhere that it can have a thinning effect on the skin which would make dark marks even more pronounced! I'm not sure if this is fact or just hear say so if anyone has any further comments then I'd appreciate it!

Glutathione is a very good anti-oxidant, and a very effective whitening if you will take it on a greater dosage.
1. gluta is an anti-oxidant that cleans the liver, takes off free-radicals and helps the brain too (did u know that our brain's anti-oxidant is gluta and that low level of it results to some illneses and disorders?)
2. gluta is safe for everyone whatever age is
3. the most advisable dosage is 10-20mg/kg BodyWeight to use glutathione as an anti-oxidant and for whitening it has to be 20-40mg/kg/BW. example: 50kg x 20mg = 1000mg. you have to take it with vitamin c in ascorbic acid form to be able to maximize its whitening effect (vitamin e can also be taken for better results although i don’t really encourage you to do so because ive learned that there are forms of vitamin e which are not water-soluble and it may harm our body in prolonged use). it means that you are just taking dosage of glutathione as an anti-oxidant and not as skin whitener (because i assume that all in all, you are taking 400 mg of )
4. it is 100 percent proven that it really works to whiten skin
5. For most people, the first 3 months use of gluta (fortunately for me, this happened for only 2 mts) is crucial for it is the time where gluta is building the foundation (body chemistry re-alignment) and once built this is only the start for its whitening process. the lightening of skin is gradual (speed is depending on your metabolism and body chemical functioning) this is where you will notice that your skin is shinier and healthier than before. after this process, you will notice that your shade is lighter than before.
6. glutha whitens the skin by reducing the melanin formation of the epidermis going up to the dermis
7. there are definitely no side-effects of using gluta, u know why? coz its ability to whiten your skin is already its side-effect
8. there is also no harm in its prolonged use
9. its advisable to take gluta with meal and never take it with liquor or any alcoholic drink
10. while taking this, you wont really become sensitive but you have to at least put sunblock lotion or cream to exposed parts of your body and your face.

This is a reply to # 1,179,373i realize this is from 9 yrs ago however if anyone reads this hopefully they will also see this message ...when performing oil pulling the right duration of time would be 15 to 20 min however no more than 20min as thats when the body starts to reabsorb the toxins that were just pulled from the body...remember sublingually is the fastest natural route to the bloodstream so whatever you put in your mouth could very well be going strait to your bloodstream to some degree..healthy mouth =healthy body
