Fecal Body Odor and Hot Feeling

Hey everyone. Like all of you I am trying extremely hard to get to the bottom of this fecal odor problem. I have fecal Body Odor , constant gas, chronic constipation, bloating, and a hiatal hernia. But something I noticed that I've had since the odor got worse is a really hot feeling in my rectum. I was told by a doctor during an exam that I do have internal hemorrhoids and I am wondering if maybe the hot feeling is coming from those. I know people have been cured by getting rid of their Leaky Gut Syndrome and by ridding the body of candida. But what I don't understand is if it's something like that causing my odor then how does the hot anal feeling relate to all of that? Have any of you heard of someone with that hot feeling getting rid of it once they cure their odor? Thanks in advance for your answers.
