My junior year of high school I sweated continuously out my armpits. It caused me a lot of emotional stress and social anxiety at first, but it disappeared my senior year and now I don't even think about it. I got so tired of worrying about it that I started to not care about it anymore, and that's when it went away.
Now I'm a freshman in college, and whenever I'm feeling self-conscious (or speaking in public) I blush intensely. However, I'm very good at controlling my heart rate. I think if I stopped thinking about blushing, I wouldn't do it as much, just like my sweating was. Any advice???
