I am just confused, this product seems so cheap, too good to be true...

I was taking Primal Defense, but am taking an acidoliphus supp. instead. Looking for a good probiotic, but new to em.

Can humans really take this? Can I give this product to children (mine are 2 and 4)? Can I put it in juice or yogurt? Does it taste icky? Will it help with Candida overgrowth? Will I upset a balance in my body? In my children? How long does it last? Does it replace acidoliphus? How does a body respond when first taking the product? Can I take this product along with Kombucha tea (not at the same time, but same day)? Can this product be used for an enema? Can you really just take it as is, or do you have to ferment the probiotics?
