I think I am crashing again

hi all, just wanted to post, because I have been experiencing anxiety again, yelled at my kid yesterday and the day before, she was misbehaving, but normally, I would have handled it differently. Once again, I am stressed and overwhelmed :( I should be getting my period soon, can't tell when, only had one since removal and had none prior to that for 4 years. I know this hormonal rollercoaster will end some day, but I have not been enjoying my life much in the last few days.
