Hang in there -- hopefully things will get better again after your period! If you have the time and eneergy, a bit of exercise might help!

Hi- I am new to this page- but there are some really good herbal teas you can get at the grocery store- celestial seasons (I think)has a tea called tension tamer- it really does work for some people- I have used it when I felt like I was losing my mind. Exercise is also really good- even if you can walk around your block once- hope you feel better soon.

its ok, i'm crashing too, yesterday i didn't even take my kid to school or her appointment. i been here expressing my self freely and i am feeling better all ready.

these last few months since my removal have been crazy. it seems like every one of my periods have been different. just when i think i am getting better things change on me. this last month i started having minor symptoms out of the blue. i started to get nervous that maybe i wasnot doing as well as i thought, then my period came about eight days early. i have never had that happen before. i just hate to think that i may never truly heal. at least with each period i have, i seem to be a little better than before. it gets better, at least now you know it cannot get worse.

Hi arti22! I feel the same, I am expecting my period in couple of days, and my anxiety is unbearable again, one night I was screaming during sleep I think I had a bad dream. It reaches me at evening or at night mostly, and I hate it. I hope this is caused by hormones and some day we will feel normal again.

Hang in, sweetie! I've found the 2-3 days before my period are hard, but once I start, I feel much more clear mentally. I am approximately 4 days out now, and feeling okay... this is my fourth period post removal, so I am hoping it will be better this month.
