Kidney and Partial Liver Transplant Recipient, Parasite Cleanse, Liver Flush?

My friend had a Kidney Transplant and a Partial Liver Transplant only 9 months ago, he is doing perfectly. He can't do a parasite cleanse first because his doctors told him NO herbs, is there another way to do a parasite cleanse?

Could he do a Liver Flush w/o a parasite cleanse first. He plans on doing a Colon Cleanse first.

More importantly, would a Liver Flush be safe for him to do? His doctors told him not to eat/drink grapefruit juice due to his medications. I have read that he can use Lemon Juice instead. Would a Liver Flush have any risk at all to his new kidney or liver?

His doctors of course would say don't do a liver flush, because they don't know anything about it.
