Thanks I honestly appreciate your input. Today is my second day and i felt good this morning but tonight has not been good so far. But hearing other people's experience gives me more push that i could do it too. My all time weight

Real reason i'm doing this is to discipline myself towards eating between meals and trying healthy food, If i could do that i'm sure weight loss would come with it. Once again thanks for your support, pls keep posting your experience that gives me a lot of push.
