Re: digestion or lack thereof & candida
I wonder if the people who wrote that ever got over Candida. Because they're doing all the wrong things.
- Avoid raw vegetables (lol)
- Eating meat and eggs
- Drinking salt in drinks
- Eating "a good source" of protein every meal
- Foods that aid digestion: Protein (LOL)
- Eat "good fats" such as butter, lard, naturally occurring animal fats (LOL)
- Eat Sauerkraut, a fermented pickled cabbage? lol (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauerkraut)
Terrible advice for long term health. No one could possibly get over Candida like that. It doesn't even mentioning excluding sweets, alcohol and fermented foods, and processed foods.
It's not your fault, you're just passing on information from "experts", but wow.
