Agreed! Yoga really does make the body look excellent and fills you with a calm vitality. Your post makes me want to start again - though now that I'm 50, my body just doesn't do many of those postures anymore. And it's not as enjoyable as when I was younger. Maybe I just need to grin and bear it for a few months of regular practice to get back into it.
However, I disagree with your position people that Yoga is categorically better for anyone than liver flushing. It might be for you, but maybe you don't have the kinds of liver issues that others do. If you state that Liver-Flush clearly doesn't work or is bogus as a procedure - what is your source for this? The fact that you don't feel it worked for you is not sufficient for this kind of blanket statement.
