Seems those who bash this protcol are those with no experience or knowledge of the benefits! 'Either they have never tried them or they did them without following proper procedure! These people are hardly reliable sources and have some personal tic that disallows then to look at this procedure with less then an objective perspective!
Those who followed the protocol the way they where meant to be done have had great success ! So those who bash the flushes bring thier own personal ineffective baggage to the table more as sour grapes mentality!
