Started Betaine HCI-so tired. Thoughts?

Well I thought I was getting a lot better after 7.5 months on the Candida diet. (I also take all the main suggested supplements, probiotics, etc.) I had been feeling totally normal, had energy, and was feeling positive for months. So I tried to reintroduce foods over the past few weeks but it looks like I'm still having reactions. (Not to all foods, just some. But I've stopped reintroducing foods since seeing reactions.)
So I went to an acupuncturist who felt that my stomach was the main organ that was having trouble. Also, I researched Leaky Gut, remembering that I had read so much about it here, and decided that could be a problem I overlooked.
So over the past few days I've started Betaine HCI. (I take 4 capsules at meals and still feel no burning.) I also started bromelain (for digesting proteins), DGL licorice (helps to protect stomach lining), L-Glutamine (amino acid that helps the intestinal lining), and NAC (a powerful antioxidant).
Since I started these new supplements I've felt pretty tired and winded. Also cranky. Do you guys think it's normal? I was thinking maybe it's not the supplements at all but maybe I ate too many eggs lately or something. Ugh! It's so hard to know.
