For a few weeks I've been lurking here and wanted to give this a try. I tried to buy the book at our local store yesterday, but they were out. Leaving me ordering online, waiting, and now I have a couple ??? Please bear with me!
I get the fasting from 3 hours before bed to roughly 4pm the next day, for me that looks like 7-8pm (Bedtime 10-11pm) until 3-4pm the next day. Is that correct? or is it more of a number of hours that your fasting? Then, in my online reading here there was a posting that included not to eat beans very often. As a vegetarian reliant on beans/rice does that mean I can move to protein drinks instead? A wee bit confused on that one. I'm guessing the book will answer this, but I started yesterday....am 2# down today....and want to keep the momentum going!
