you're a little more patient then i was when i first started..once i thumbed through the book and seen that i only needed to eat once a day..BAM!
i didn't eat for a week!
just kidding..
but honestly,i fasted ALL DAY very very early on and i was such a little rebel!
i was soo strict and i just would NOT eat during the days! this was when i was working at a bookstore and i would clean books and work all day long..no food, no ntohing- though i was addicted to my share of red bulls and sugary drinks-
if i were you i'd cut out ALL the processed foods and gunk for the while ,
it will help your body RID of those sustances in your body- only then will you feel a noticable difference.I had to do it for a lloooooong time and only til i was done
detoxing did i notice any real difference,the rest of the time i was detoxing i felt like crap-though i did eat and drink alot of crap to begin with.
