Re: an unexpected reaction involving cayenne/ginger tea

Hi

The action of ginger is 'carmative' to the liver. it is like anti inflamatory yet stimulates the flow of bile. this action will increase the fliud to the stomach and so down the alimenary canal.

I have found that every time I do a strong Liver Flush after about 10-20 minutes I can get this drop in energy levels and a very strong growling stomach hunger. I worked out that this action takes up what ever available Sugar is left in the blood till I sit down and have a hot ginger/peppermint tea and let it pass.

You used the cayenne, giner and honey mix. this is quite a stimulating mix for people that do not have good diets.
I hope you can get them onto stevia extract or better still learn to get off all those nasty cancerous/plastic sugars and dont use any Sugar - only cinnamon with vanilla.
Docs are not nutritionists and never will be(unless thye take a course in it)all they do is look at the latest findings that some phamracutical company has done. very few of them will actually try anything out - like do their own research.thye can be victims of thier own methods at times.
bye for now
