Re: an unexpected reaction involving cayenne/ginger tea

Hi

What a long post.

I am surprised about them taking raw honey every day - even if it is mixed with vinegar. I do suspect the whole tea mix was not good for them as I suspect the rest of their diet is not that good.
Not many people actually have good diets, (diabetic or not)even though they will state that their diets are good as in 'meat and 2 veg' and only one spoon of Sugar a day etc,..it all adds up and acumulates.

Most diabetics underestimate the value of cinnamon. this spice is full of calcuim and cromium. 2 every important things for Sugar balance for anyone.

If there was something that diabetics want to take everyday to support regulating Sugar then make your own tinture of cinnamon is a must, and to take it with you eveywhere you go.

IT is so easy to use for anyone whether diabetic or not.for long slow release of sugar even adding a bit barley malt would complete the mix.Malt has some vit b and protein in it as well even thou there are probably no digestive enzymes left.

If you take the view that everthing you eat or drink should have minerals and vitamins present then any refined sugars given to a diabetic make them worse in the long run,as refined sugars will make the sugar level dip and dive as there will not be the minerals/vitamins to support a better digestion of any sugar.

Ginger can make your sugar level drop a bit in its cleansing action, cayenne will make your blood race a bit and possbily speed up the metabolism, honey has mostly sucrose in it and will spike the blood sugar levels anyway. the heat will just have speeded things up a bit.

When the relatives were groggy and acting kind of woozy that is the sign of high sugar levels as well blurred vision, and being tired. all the clues were there which they should have known and experienced this before. I am suprised they did not take an extra dose of insulin. The most experienced diabetic would probably say this, that you never have any 2 days alike so therefore, you never 2 days with the same doseage.I have seen this first hand with a young lodger about 12 years ago.

Most diets could do with an injection of minerals such sea veg extracts used with the salad dressing or the Humus mix. this is such a painless way to add some vital nutrition to anyone's diet and will also help to keep them more alkaline as well.
hpeo this helps
